Emily Healy is a systems-focused nonprofit professional with a background in public health, operations, and data strategy. Originally from Western Massachusetts, she studied Biology and Anthropology before spending a decade in Montana, where she transitioned from public health into the nonprofit sector and found work she truly loved.

Emily moved back to Vermont to join Let’s Grow Kids as a Data Systems Specialist, supporting statewide early childhood advocacy through systems and data infrastructure.

She’s now excited to bring her skills and passion for mission-driven work to Building Burlington’s Future.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with family, reading, beach trips, and a witty joke.
